90dayfianceupdate on Instagram shared a picture of Jasmine and Gino from The Last Resort Tell All and wrote that under the K-1 visa law in Michigan, Gino is responsible for Jasmine’s baby by Matt “until he divorces her.” As per the blogger, when Gino decides to divorce Jasmine, he can “try to prove fraud and get deported by Michigan law.” It appears the financial responsibility is explained in the “Affidavit of Support (Form i-864) which requires a sponsor like Gino to provide financial support to Jasmine until she becomes a U.S. citizen or has “40 quarters of work credited.”
