Star Wars Day 2025 is coming, and here are the announcements and deals that have caught our eye. “May the Fourth be with you” has been the Star Wars maxim since 1979, when it was used to celebrate the election of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. It was an informal celebration for years, but Disney and Lucasfilm have tended to be pretty open about it.
This year’s Star Wars Day features the release of a new Star Wars TV show on Disney+, a wealth of Star Wars LEGO deals, and so much more. Here are all the announcements and deals that we’ve found particularly exciting here at ScreenRant.
Star Wars: Tales Of The Underworld
Asajj Ventress & Cad Bane Return
Lucasfilm officially announced Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld back in April, continuing the anthology “Tales” shows. These eight animated episodes will explore the adventures of former Sith assassin Asajj Ventress and bounty hunter Cad Bane, revealing how they survived the Dark Times of the Empire’s reign. There’s intense speculation we will learn about some other Order 66 survivors – perhaps particularly Ventress’ lover, Jedi Master Quinlan Vos. We’ll find out on Disney+ on May 4.
