But now, some industry professionals are sharing their opinions regarding the controversial decision to sell unlock keys to download Switch 2 games instead of a full game on the game cartridge.
In a report from GamesIndustry.Biz, the reactions to the Switch 2 game-key cards are all over the place, with some feeling it is a necessity and are surprised it hasn’t happened sooner, and others, like CEO of Nightdive Studios, Stephen Kick, saying that what Nintendo is doing is “disheartening” for game preservation (via VGC).
