Now that June knows about Nick’s betrayal, there is virtually no way that they will ever be together. Nick’s betrayal cost Mayday their chance at taking down Gilead and June a chance at saving Hannah. The longer Gilead runs, the more people die, meaning that some blood is on Nick’s hands. Nick only made the confession to save his own life, which is why June feels so betrayed by it.
